Return & Exchange Policy

 Every product is made with care and we are confident that you will love your purchase. However we understand that sometimes things just go wrong, so we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy.
Return & Exchange Policy:

1. All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition. We do not accept returns or exchanges that have been worn, altered, sized, scratched, or otherwise damaged.

2. All returns & exchanges must be received within 30 days from the date they were originally shipped.

3. Returns & exchanges must be returned to us using a shipping method with tracking information. Correct Tracking information must be supplied to us upon request. Returns & exchanges will be processed once the item has been received and inspected. It is recommended to opt for insurance when shipping the return in case of loss or theft. 

4. Returns will be refunded to the original purchase method. Exchanges will be issued a store credit.

5. Any packaging sent with the original order (gift bags, jewelry boxes) must be returned with the item you are returning or exchanging. 

6. Original Receipt or order numbers are required for all returns & exchanges. 

7. Any orders that include personalization cannot be returned or exchanged, we apologize for the inconvenience.
